Personal Data Processing Policy
Version of 14 October 2026. This is a translation provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy the Russian version prevails.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (the "Policy") explains which personal data of visitors to https://chelsea-pub.ru (the "Website") we process, why, for how long we keep it, how we protect it, and what rights visitors have.
1.2. The Policy is based on Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27 July 2006 (the "Law") and applies to all personal data we receive through the Website.
1.3. Personal data operator ("we"): ООО «Берег Надежды», INN 7706289027, OGRN 1037706004962, address: 125375, город Москва, пер Гнездниковский М., д. 12. Chelsea Gastropub.
1.4. Contact for personal data questions: e-mail pub.chelsea@mail.ru, phone +7 (916) 073-71-57.
1.5. When submitting a form, the visitor separately gives consent to the processing of personal data. By using the Website, the visitor confirms that they have read this Policy.
2. What data we process and why
2.1. Table booking. Name, phone number, e-mail (optional), number of guests, date and time of the visit, wishes — to accept and confirm the booking and contact the guest about the visit.
2.2. Event request. Name, phone number, wishes — to contact the guest and prepare an event proposal.
2.3. Job application. First and last name, phone number, e-mail, cover letter, CV and any information the applicant includes in it — to consider the application and contact the applicant. Please do not include information that is not needed to assess your application (passport details, health data, etc.).
2.4. Website operation, spam protection and analytics. IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring source, advertising tags (UTM) and click identifiers, date and time of the visit, cookie data, and on-site activity collected by Yandex Metrica — to run the Website and its forms, protect them from automated submissions, analyse traffic, see where a request came from and measure advertising effectiveness.
2.5. We do not process special categories of personal data or biometric data, and we do not make decisions with legal effect based solely on automated processing. The Website is not intended for persons under 18.
3. Legal grounds
- the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of the Law), given by ticking the box in the form;
- steps taken at the data subject's request before entering into a contract, such as a booking or an event order (Art. 6(1)(5) of the Law);
- requirements of Russian law, including labour law if an applicant is hired.
4. How we process data
4.1. Processing is carried out with and without automation and includes collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, only to the extent needed for the purposes in section 2.
4.2. Personal data of Russian citizens is recorded, systematised, accumulated, stored, updated and retrieved using databases located in the Russian Federation. We do not transfer personal data across borders.
4.3. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Access may be given only as needed to run the Website: to the hosting provider whose servers in Russia host the Website and database; to the e-mail service that delivers new-request notifications to our staff; to YANDEX LLC for Yandex Metrica and Yandex Maps under their terms of use; and to public authorities where required by law. Within our company, requests are available only to staff who need them for their work.
5. Retention periods
- Booking and event requests — 3 years from the date the request is received.
- Job applications — while the application is being considered and no more than 30 days after a decision is made; if the applicant is hired, data is then processed under labour law.
- The "visit source" cookie — 90 days. Yandex Metrica data — for the period set by the service's terms.
Processing stops and data is destroyed or anonymised when these periods expire, when the purposes are achieved, when consent is withdrawn (unless there are other legal grounds), or when unlawful processing is discovered, within the periods set by the Law.
6. Cookies and analytics
- Technical cookies (csrftoken, session) — required for forms, protection against request forgery and staff sign-in.
- Visit source (chelsea_attr) — remembers which website or advertisement brought the visitor, so it can be attached to a request; kept for 90 days.
- Yandex Metrica (_ym_uid, _ym_d, etc.) — YANDEX LLC analytics, including Webvisor, which records page interactions (scrolling, clicks) in anonymised form.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of Yandex Metrica with the Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on. Without technical cookies the forms may not work.
7. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask us to correct, block or destroy it if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or no longer needed, withdraw your consent at any time, and file a complaint with Roskomnadzor or a court.
Send requests or a withdrawal of consent to pub.chelsea@mail.ru or by post to 125375, город Москва, пер Гнездниковский М., д. 12. The request must allow us to confirm that it comes from the person whose data we process (for example, include the name and phone number used in the request). We reply within 10 working days; this may be extended by up to 5 working days with notice and reasons. After consent is withdrawn, we stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days unless there are other legal grounds.
8. Data protection
We take legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data: access is limited to authorised staff, the connection to the Website is encrypted, the admin panel is protected by individual accounts and passwords, and server software is kept up to date.
9. Final provisions
We may update this Policy. A new version takes effect when published on this page unless stated otherwise.
