Consent to the processing of personal data

By submitting a form on https://chelsea-pub.ru and ticking the box "I give my consent to the processing of personal data", I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to ООО «Берег Надежды» (INN 7706289027, OGRN 1037706004962, address: 125375, город Москва, пер Гнездниковский М., д. 12; the "Operator") to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data

The data I enter in the form: for a table booking — name, phone number, e-mail, number of guests, date and time of the visit, wishes; for an event request — name, phone number, wishes; for a job application — first and last name, phone number, e-mail, cover letter, CV and the information it contains. Also data sent automatically with the form: IP address, the page the form was sent from, the referring source and advertising tags, date and time of submission.

2. Purposes

To accept and confirm a booking and contact me about the visit; to prepare an event proposal; to consider my job application and contact me; to see where the request came from and measure advertising effectiveness.

3. Actions and methods

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation. The Operator may give access to the data to the hosting provider whose servers in Russia host the website and to the e-mail service that delivers request notifications, solely to run the website. The Operator does not share my data with third parties for their own purposes and does not disclose it publicly.

4. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than the periods set out in the Privacy Policy: 3 years for booking and event requests; no more than 30 days after a decision for job applications.

I may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to pub.chelsea@mail.ru or by post to 125375, город Москва, пер Гнездниковский М., д. 12. The Operator will then stop processing and destroy my data within 30 days unless it has other legal grounds under Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

5. Confirmation

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, that the data I provide is my own, and that I have read the Privacy Policy.
